Joseph Noujaim is a passionate Lebanese entrepreneur who, after spending over 20 years abroad, has returned to his homeland to share his culinary expertise and invest his skills as a Chef and Consultant.
Born on May 30th, 1981, in Jounieh, Lebanon, Joseph’s life took a significant turn in 1995 when his family moved to Tegucigalpa, Honduras, seeking a better future amidst Lebanon’s challenging circumstances. At just 12 years old, he found himself adapting to a new culture and language while discovering his love for food through his family’s work in the food industry.
From an early age, Joseph was deeply involved in his family’s Italian restaurant, Gino’s Pasta-Café. This hands-on experience sparked his passion for cooking and set the foundation for his career in the culinary world. By 2001, Joseph was fully immersed in the restaurant business, eventually opening his own establishment, where he showcased a diverse menu of International and Lebanese dishes.
With over two decades of experience, Joseph has become a master in the art of cooking and food innovation. His creativity shines through in every dish he creates, reflecting his love for flavors, experimentation, and perfection. Today, he is proud to be back in Lebanon, channeling his skills and experiences into helping others elevate their culinary ventures while continuing to push the boundaries of food creation.
